#400: Main Street Fog

Early morning mist, so peaceful.
The fountain at Lt. Max Wagner Square,
he died in Manila during the Spanish-American war.
The fountain no longer flows as this square is usually filled
with cars and people rushing to relax.
Isn’t it restful in the fog?
The Nantucket Garden Club keeps it full of flowers.
An empty weight scale,
ready for the big one.

Silvery sun reflected by still waters.

The old power company property.
The current plan is to use it for parking.
I kinda like it the way it is.

In the quiet and the mist,
I can hear His voice.
When I stop,
and listen.
